The objective of this position is to assist the company with the transition from an opportunistic, high degree of market and customer diversity, to a new structure aligned with a greater emphasis upon product differentiation, high value proposition with specific market segments and customer focus.
Develops, implements and manages marketing strategies in select focus areas for MN Rubber & Plastics (Quadion LLC) in collaboration with the sales and vertical market management, marketing team and internal cross-functional groups that highlight and refine the company's high value proposition to our markets and customers. To lead or participate in the development of strategic and tactical plans for new business development within these focus market areas that lead to profitable and sustainable sales growth consistent with our goals. Participates actively in the planning and direction of business strategies for the company.
