1.

Read blueprints and troubleshoot:
      • injection molding machines, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and auxiliary equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment and facilities.

Operate fork-lift to meet facilities needs.

Assist OEM technical representative repair, and setup of manufacturing equipment.

Participate in maintaining adequate spare parts inventory for equipment.

Communicate with Shift Supervisor(s) and other maintenance employees with regards to production and priority needs.

Fabricate new and existing equipment

8.

Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

RELATIONSHIP TO OTHERS:
Works directly with production workers and supervisors to provide maintenance support in all areas of production.
DIMENSIONS OF POSITION:
Involved in repair and preventative maintenance on a daily basis for all areas of production. This position does have the authority to shut down production due to quality related issues.

Background/Experience Preferred:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

*Education:High School diploma or equivalent. Technical degree helpful but not required.
*Experience:Two years maintenance experience in a production environment
