1.	Performs all necessary assembly with specific instructions using a variety of tools.
2.	Follows existing manufacturing criteria assuring productivity rates and quality standards are beyond customer requirements.
3.	Gives ongoing input to improve upon any aspect of the assembly procedure.
4.	Prepares and maintains accurate production records contributing to the success of entire workforce and MNR&P.
5.	Maintains a safe and clean environment and assists all other team members when applicable.
6.	Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

*Education:	High School diploma or equivalent.
*Experience:	- Physical capabilities involved with performing all job-related tasks. Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds. - Previous production experience helpful, though not required.
