Works with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Scheduling and Quality personnel to resolve quality issues for customers. Communicates directly with customers to issue RMA's, respond to Corrective Action requests and understand quality issues. |

Maintains the Corrective Action and Preventative Action System. Reviews and updates status of the system to assist Quality Manager. Issues Corrective Actions as directed by Quality Procedure. |

Reviews and initiates, as a cross-functional team member, Control Plans, , FMEA's, Deviations, Waivers and EC's. |

Assists in the design and implementation of D.O.E.'s, Control Charts, SPC plans and other functions as required to facilitate improvements. |

Processes monthly and yearly certifications for customers. Interpret, document and disseminate customer quality requirements. Participate/lead internal and external audits, and back up other Quality people as required. |
