Monitor press and personnel utilization, as well as yield, to ensure maximum levels are achieved. Communicate production activities and requirements to necessary personnel. Promote productivity and quality improvements to appropriate personnel. Participate in production problem solving and process adjustments. |
Monitor personnel performance levels and maintain accurate employee records - examples: attendance, performance reviews and other critical incident reporting. Administer corrective disciplinary action when necessary, as well as positive reinforcement to team members. Ensure on time delivery of proper training for team members. |
Monitor production floor to ensure it exceeds housekeeping expectations. Participate in safety activities, including safety tours, training and accident/incident review. |
Participate in budgetary issues, on-going continuous improvement, team building and assigned tasks. |
Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives. |
