Provides PLY HQ, MRPNA, MRE, MPP and MRPNA HQ HR support in HR administration, including monthly reports, recruitment, employment, job postings organization announcements, community action projects, and HRIS/ payroll database administration.
Provides office/administrative support for Company Compensation plans, Incentive Plans, Position Structures, Organization Charts, Benefits Systems and Performance Management System.
Provides support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including entering data, scanning and administrative tasks.
Maintains Accounting and Human Resources subject filing system records, Employee files and tickler system for Corporate Office compensation changes and HQ HR Employee files
Supports employee relations, wellness, training coordination and company events at HQ Building.
Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
* Experience - 2+ years of office administration experience at departmental level where organization, handling multiple priorities and confidentiality is preferable. PC(including word,powerpoint, excel) experience required.
