Provides support to Customer Service and other departments as needed. Regular daily responsibilities include:
Greets all customers, vendors, and applicants in a professional, timely manner by seeing that all visitors are escorted by employees to their desired locations, name tags are issued to visitors, ensures that all visitors sign in.
Opens, sorts and distributes external mail. Prepares mail each afternoon for USPS pick up.
Coordinates phone relief and back up coverage as appropriate. Trains relief receptionist(s) in the proper handling of the lobby, phone switchboard function, and answering of phone calls. Performs monthly updates and distribution of the phone listing.
Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
*Experience: Prior office experience is desirable. Good communication, interpersonal skills, audit skills and computer skills are necessary.
